LinkWater's Executive Management Team has an impressive balance of commercial and water industry experience. The team is lead by the Chief Executive Officer, Peter McManamon.

(+)Peter McManamon, Chief Executive Officer
Peter has worked in the water industry for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in public and private sector organisations, both nationally and overseas. Previously, Peter held a number of senior management and Board member roles in a range of water enterprises and industry bodies. Peter is experienced in all forms of infrastructure management including innovative contract delivery mechanisms. Peter implemented the formation of GWM Water, one of only two Victorian rural and urban water management authorities. In his role as CEO with GWM Water, he merged two major water utilities and assisted in securing the Wimmera Mallee Pipeline for Western Victoria.
(+)Sally Frazer, General Manager Legal Services
Sally Frazer has been a lawyer for more than 20 years with 12 years' experience in the water industry. She has worked in the private sector and with the NSW Government as the lead departmental lawyer advising on water reforms that were implemented in 2000. For the past six years, Sally headed the Corporate Legal Division of SunWater Limited, a public company owned by the Queensland Government. In that role, Sally's experience focussed on significant water intrastructure development, water services and coprorate governance.
(+)Ron Anderson, General Manager Business Services
Ron Anderson has more than 30 years' public accounting experience advising both the public and private sectors. Ron has spent in excess of 15 years involved in mergers and acquisitions, which included the restructure of the Queensland dairy industry.
Prior to commencement at LinkWater, Ron completed an assignment for Mackay Ports Limited as acting Chief Financial Officer. During this period Ron was involved in the sale of Mackay Airport and the restructuring of the Bulk Sea Ports.
(+)Kelvin Tytherleigh, General Manager Corporate Services
Kelvin Tytherleigh has two decades of experience in the Corporate Services areas, predominantly within the private sector and the Local Government industry. His role immediately prior to joining LinkWater was the coordination of the Executive and Commercial Services areas for the newly formed Moreton Bay Regional Council. Kelvin was also heavily involved in the Human Resources and Governance aspects in the previous Caboolture, Redcliffe and Pine Rivers Council amalgamation process. He has also worked as a Chief Executive Officer in remote communities focussing on Infrastructure and Indigenous issues.
Kelvin's qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration, two postgraduate qualifications in Management and Governance and Public Policy in addition to the Company Directors Diploma.
Kelvin's primary professional interests are in the fields of people and processes. He has specific experience in system implementation and development, industrial relations negotiations and corporate strategy development.
(+)Andrew Moir, General Manager Operational Services
Andrew is a civil engineer with over 20 years' experience in the Queensland water industry in both private enterprise and local government. He has been involved in a number of construction alliances and the development of an Operations and Maintenance Alliance in South East Queensland.

Michael brings more than 39 years' experience in the water industry across design, investigation, construction and project management. During his work with Brisbane City Council (Brisbane Water) he developed the project management model and methodology and established the Project Office for the water supply and sewerage capital delivery program.
